An article on Yahoo! about an unfinished $75M Mansion being sold “as is” went live about 9:15 a.m. EST and within five hours, there are well over 2,000 comments on it. I just find that amazing, considering the article is relatively brief and it easily fell into my “Why do I care?” category. Sometimes, I wonder what compels people to comment besides getting the coveted FIRST spot.
