For a person like me who loves the digital world but still is enamored with the print world, the Kno looks so very cool. And it’s one of those tools that makes me think about remediation, too. I mean unlike the iPad (though it does remediate the idea of a pad), the Kno is heavily remediating the book, even down to its two screen design that opens and closes. While on one hand, I find this tool to be fascinating, I wonder if it’s a step back because it relies on that book design.
